Breastfeeding discreetly in public is a common concern for nursing moms. Having a cover-up ready to go in a diaper bag will make the experience much more comfortable (and even stylish!). Here are the latest and greatest.

1. Go!Pillow

This cover-up is innovative and different (and, quite possibly the softest texture you'll ever feel in your lifetime!). The Go!Pillow is very portable and you can use it for infants and through and beyond toddlerhood. It can be used as a sling, a nursing pillow with cover-up, a changing surface, an infant pillow with blanket, a toddler travel pillow...the combinations are endless!

2. Cover-Me

The inventor of this device, Natascia Carr, was tired of tucking her baby blanket into her bra straps to keep it in place and, not wanting to be burdened by nursing shawls or ponchos, realized that she simply needed something to fasten onto her blanket to keep in in place while breastfeeding. Hence, the "Cover Me" was born...a simple strap that attaches to your blanket. It is practical, yet fashionable, as she offers many different patterns and colors, and it takes up no room at all in your bag! If you desire something that is "pre-coordinated" for you, they do offer adorable blanket/strap combinations.

3. Sling Smart

These products are very fashionable and of good quality, but most impressive is an article on the website..."Why Wear Your Baby?" Women doing shopping research often wonder if a sling is a good idea. On the breastfeeding front, the article covers such topics as how slings combat failure to thrive and how they are extremely conducive to breastfeeding.

4. Hooter Hider

Aside from the awesome name of this cover-up, it has an excellent reputation for being very stylish and of high quality. One of the most popular covers around, the firm neckline allows mom to see baby and vice-versa. The straps are adjustable and the fabric is very lightweight and versatile. You can use this product on your stroller to block the sun from getting into your baby's eyes. You may also see it called "Bebe au Lait."

5. Peeky-Boo

An awesome concept! This nursing cover sets itself apart from others in that it has no straps or clips -- it stays on your shoulder with a corner weight! The cover-up comes in array of fantastic patterns and it is fully convertible to a regular baby blanket when you're not nursing!
