From Melissa Kotlen Nagin:

While most mothers understand the importance and value of breastfeeding for their children, nursing a baby often can present difficulties, whether physical, emotional or practical. The good news is that these obstacles most often can be overcome with a little guidance and understanding. Helping mothers in all matters breastfeeding has been the most fulfilling job I've ever had (other than being a mother, of course). My professional goal has always been to provide support, solutions and confidence to women as they endeavor to provide this great, natural gift to their children.
