Can You Really Breastfeed With Those?

Tuesday December 9, 2008

Without fail, discussion about my job comes up every time I'm in any social situation--from morning drop-off at nursery school (mom has a "quick question" for me about her breastfeeding baby) to Saturday night dinner plans (aside from "How's work going?", it's mostly male friends wanting to know how many breasts I've seen in my career). And somehow the topic of breast implants always enters the picture and everyone is shocked to learn that, yes, in most cases you can (and should have no problem) breastfeeding with them!

So, for all of my loyal readers and for my friends who I have plans with in the near future, here's the lowdown on Breastfeeding After Breast Surgery. I hope this helps answer some of your more pressing questions! Drop me a line if you have any questions...
