Go For It, Angelina...Stir Up That Controversy!

The November cover of W Magazine is causing some awesome controversy. The photo, taken by Brad Pitt (who knew he was such an artist?), shows a gorgeous picture of a very relaxed and content Angelina Jolie breastfeeding one of her 3-month old twins. Comments seen across the web and on the news are showing outrage and disbelief that Jolie would "expose herself like that." For those of us who are breastfeeding proponents, it doesn't make sense as to why this would be a big deal. How many negative comments have we heard when she has appeared semi-nude (and not sustaining her child's health) in movies? Not one that I can think of.

Jolie states, "The world can like me, hate me, fall apart around me, and at least, you know, I wake up with my little kids and I'm happy."

And that says it all.
