FDA Will Revise Breastfeeding And Pregnancy Drug Labels

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is putting forth major revisions in how drugs are labelled so that pregnant and breastfeeding women have proper information. The FDA believes that physicians and pharmacists will have a better sense of the effects that drugs have on these women and will have a major impact on their well-being and overall health.
